Morgan Norman was born in Stockholm in 1976 and was raised in the north of Sweden. His big break came in 2007 with the exhibition Commedia Dell’arte, and later same year LIBIDO, which was featured in the permanent exhibition of Nationalmuseum, Sweden’s premier museum of Art and Design. In 2009 he was selected ”International Top Newcomer” by Hasselblad. Morgan Norman works with fashion, portraits and dance. Early in his photography career he also started shooting fashion films, which became a natural step towards directing and filming on a professional level. Since then he has worked with prestigious clients all over the world, such as The Wall Street Journal, Allure, The Swedish Royal  Opera, Bernadotte Kylberg, Cirque du Soleil, Collezioni and Vogue.

2019- Co owner and founder of HEMMET, photo & film community.

2015-2019 A new collaboration with the Scandinavian production company Ligistfilm as Fashion & Advertising -Director. Morgan Norman, Photographer & Director.

2014 Joining PAM / Personal Art Management in Hamburg; Exhibition "Costume, a homage to Swedish design and men’s fashion". A collaboration with Plaza Magazine, Lydmar Hotel and the Swedish Prostate Cancer Federation.

2013 Shooting world wide campaign for Zenith with daredevil Felix Baumgartner; Exhibition Scandic Grand Central - Allure / Condé Nast Russia.

2012 Featured in 12th Festival International de la Photographie de Mode in Cannes; 2 Exhibitions: Black Box and Scandic Malmen and Wonder Frame Scandic Anglais - Stockholm.

2011 Featured in 9th Festival International de la Photographie de Mode in Cannes; Establishing in Moscow and shooting for Russian VOGUE and Collezioni.

2010 Featured in 8th Festival International de la Photographie de Mode in Cannes and in Hahnemuhle's 425th anniversary exhibition in Sydney; The official release of the new jewelry brand NC W.A.R

2009 Featured in VICTOR by Hasselblad as international top new comer.

2008-2009 Establishing a New York office. Joins international established image bank Gallery Stock; Two exhibitions: NC at Pontus and the release of Björn Gustafsson at Berns.

2007-2008 Two exhibitions and major recognition in Europe as an art photographer: Commedia Dell'arte and LIBIDO. Featured in the permanent exhibition of NATIONALMUSEUM, Sweden's premier museum of art and design.

2004 Freelance positions for various magazines, advertising agencies and record labels.

2003-2004 Photo assistant for international fashion photographer Carl Bengtsson.
